  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9798 8512 for early arrival or late departure requests.

  • How often is the apartment cleaned?

    We provide housekeeping services twice a week (typically Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday) and a full linen change once a week.

  • Are the apartments suitable for families?

    Yes. Our Deluxe Queen Studio and Penthouse Deluxe Suite feature both a Queen bed and a Sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
