K&C Serviced Apartments
- Check in and check out time: Check in at 3pm, check out at 12 noon.
- Front office hour: Our operation team operates from 9AM to 6PM Monday-Saturday.
- The team will contact guests 2 days in advance to confirm on the arrival time. Should you arrive after 6PM on week days or on Sunday, a self check-in instruction will be provided.
- Smoking and eating durian: Smoking and eating durians in the room are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be imposed if this policy is violated. Housekeeping service: Housekeeping is provided three times a week. Please inform our staff 1 day in advance in order for us to arrange housekeeping service.
- Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of SGD 200 to be collected upon check in by Cash or Credit Card.
- Accessibility or Special Needs: We strive to accommodate guests with special needs. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require accessible facilities or support so we can make appropriate arrangements.
- Parking: On-site parking is subject to availability and free of charge during booked stay. Guests park at their own risk. The property is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
- Traveling with Minors Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not offer childcare or supervision services. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure minors comply with property rules.
- Hotel Events during your stay, events or maintenance activities may be conducted on the premises. We will make every effort to minimize disruptions. Guests will be informed in advance where possible.
- Dispute Resolution / Issues In case of any concerns or service issues, guests are encouraged to contact our front desk or management promptly. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Use of Personal Information Personal data provided by guests will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or with guest consent.
- Liability The property shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests unless due to proven negligence. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safekeeping of their personal belongings. Force Majeure We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, or government restrictions. Third Party Rights This agreement does not confer any rights to third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B). Waiver Failure by the property to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or affect the right to enforce it later. Severance If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
